The rumour was that when there was going to be a mass walkout of South players a few years ago if certain things didn't change, Brooksby was the only star player who still signed a contract such was his loyalty and family ties to the club. Of course things did change and most of the big name players signed on and are still at Noarlunga.

Norwood have signed Tyson Lever, the younger brother of Crows defender Jake...

Some info from the Crows website on him:

Tyson Lever is a different style of player to key defender, Jake.

Tyson, who is nearly 10 centimetres shorter than his Crow brother, is a strong, inside midfielder.

The second of four Lever siblings, Tyson is currently representing the Calder Cannons in the TAC Cup. He’s one of the younger players in the draft pool, not turning 18 until October.

As we know I can't remember 2015 .
So id day 2014 was a great year in the seconds this year the Eagles seemed to be moving players around more . Players not just being forwards but the smaller ones playing mid field roles
I'm not certain Press played to much in the mid field wasn't his best seconds year .
And his league games were below his level so to say .
While I don't like losing players had he gone or advanced as far as he could .

Just my thoughts that's all

That doesn't look good. Not really familiar with the Norwood team How many of those are a-graders?
It might be the way going forward for the SANFL in that players may be better going to lesser leagues than playing for SANFL clubs.

Are they fielding a 9 a-side team next year?

Yeah mate, he left the club half way through the season...

Was having some personal issues and is now looking at joining the MFS...

I believe he has signed with his original club, Hummocks Watchman, in the APL...

Yeah, me too...

I know his old man and so have kept a close eye on Jackson over the last 4 or 5 years...

Is super talented and should dominate in the Barossa League...

Heard he was very, very disappointed at being cut for the Grand Final this year...
