Sad to hear of her retirement but it was getting closer with each run, loved the way she raced but its now of to make some babies.

Most great female horses progeny don't live up to the hype and are ordinary. Hope hers turn out to be special

Sunline and Makybe Diva progeny did nothing

Yes thats very true, its usually always the sire (father) that makes a name for himself, although Black Caviar's mother (Helsinge) has become somewhat of a hit with another champion called All Too Hard, he is a half brother to Black Caviar.

it could be just me but i've seen the billboards etc for a new icecream & the first time i saw it i thought it was a definate rip off of the colors Black Caviar wore
