Hearing we may lose Trav Schiller interstate employment.
Darcy Fort to power,Butcher likely to head home.
Hannath unlikely to stay leaving us without a ruckman and no midfield.

I thought if Port pick up Lycett from West Coast as back up for Ryder that may help Darcy not going to Port .Cant blame Butch if he heads home we recruited him to kick goals and when we have a game plan that doesnt help him with no one forward of centre what is he supposed to do.Jack is unlikely as you mentioned

We definitely need a new direction,new ideas.
Too many players are leaving for whatever reasons and unfortunately we aren't able to replace them.
Other sides aren't having the same player turnover that we are.

We cant constantly expect to replace 10 or more players a season.There is something wrong with not being able to get players to the club.Unfortunately the club doesnt see that .

We have supporters who constantly blame the players for leaving.
I think the problem is higher up......time for a new coach with fresh ideas and a better relationship with young men of this generation.

Who did we actually recruit that looks good for the future this season??

You are spot on Jars74 have heard most of the players are leaving because of the reason you outlined.It wont change though.
