jumps racing going going......

i believe that city jumps racing will cease from next jumping season & will be run at the provincials, there is also concerns that if Victorians keep propping up the fields jumps racing will be stopped altogether in S.A. as the locals are not supporting it

If it wasn't for the Victorian jumps trainers coming to SA it probably would have stopped a couple of years ago, there just isn't enough trainers in SA of jumpers. More money in flat races.

Give it a couple of years and Oakbank will be the only place for jumpers.
