Sayers in Bird out...the South African tour
Yep, just been confirmed that Chad Sayers is on to replace an injured Jackson Bird

recent history would dictate that we do no travel well.
Adapting the game to suit local conditions is something the Aussies struggle with.
Although I noticed a more cautious style in the England Tests.
They weren't scoring as quickly as usual, which to me suggested a more tempered batting style.
I think that will bode well if they continue it in South Africa.
The South Africans are masters at the "grind" style of test cricket.
Not pretty, but hard to rattle.
Happy for Sayers. It was almost getting embarrassing his constant omissions.
