Full Time Coaches
Marty Mattner I think is Sturt's first full time coach.
That undoubtedly went a reasonable way toward's the Blues success last year.
Who else in the sanfl currently is full time?
It must be an advantage having a full time coach, but how much difference do you think it makes v Part Time?

Full or part time, I think the most important thing the coach needs is the cattle & depth
