Round 8 Rankings
Port - 2 nasty injuries, did enough to win, still comfortably top.
Sturt - Just playing good, consistent, quality football.
Eagles - Got a scare, but toughed it out against Norwood.
West - Huge win against an insipid Bays outfit. From nowhere to 5th.
South - 2 losses in a row. First one expected, 2nd one a worry.
Norwood - A few points make a huge difference. Big game against West next up.
North - Vastly better effort against Port than expected, but need to start winning.
Adelaide - Their first quarter against Norwood gave a glimpse of what they did at Noarlungs.
Central - Falling off the pace and can't see them challenging for the five right now.
Glenelg - Oh dear.
