So .... how's your day been??

went to bloods training, then a big trip out to Golden Grove to watch my brothers team lose again

Played bowls today and lost 2 games by 1 shot on the last end!

Babysitting the 15 month old grandson

I'll sleep well tonight

Spent the day twidling my thumbs deciding what tedious piece of admin to do next.....

.....all the while thinking I could be home playing with my 6 month old girl.

Oh well, bread has to be won somehow I guess.

6 months is a great age though, all goos and gas and giggles!

In bed sick with some bug .... Body so sore and nausea coming and going .

Self employed so need to work tomorrow ... See how I go

Found out this morning that I need to spend $2500 to fix my car. This only a week after $800 was spend fixing up the missus' car.

My mechanic is doing very well out of me - mind you he felt sorry for me, even offered me his own ute for the week while the work gets done.

Gees, you know you're having a bad run when your mechanic even feels sorry for you.

Home from work for next week or so after having melanoma cut out of my hand, 25 stitches and all rapped up.
Fortunately it is my right hand and I am left handed, so not completely useless.

Pretty boring really, but it’s about to get a lot better. Fort battle-Axe has to work overtime,
so I'm heading out to cause some trouble before she locks me up again for the night.
I’m not sure if she works at the morgue, in government or a law firm.
Very hard to tell ‘coz she always smells like death.

Went to see our new baby granddaughter over the week end. She is just a week old.
Poor mum spent 72 hours in the labour room before little Willow May decided to put in an appearance. Mum and baby both doing fine if a little battered and bruised

Grandad and grandma both very proud

Good of her to wait til the weather improved before putting in an appearance so at least you're able to go visit.

tiring..very tiring.

Spent half the night awake because of a blackout - no aircon means no sleep on a 28c night - and had to be at Westies this morning at 9am for a trainers seminar all day.

Went and saw Steven K Amos in a Fringe show this afternoon, wasn't too bad

Multitasking comes naturally to us mums - so why should multip-reply posting be any different

Long - on words at Church this morning so an early start. On a bright note, it's the last of our single services and we FINALLY go back to multiple services (will mean an even earlier start when I'm on words but a sleep in when I'm not).

Decided not to go to the football in the end, and just watched it on TV.

Then played basketball tonight. We only lost by 12 - could have been a hell of a lot worse. Last game for me this season as I'm working next week (which is the last game for us).
