SANFL Broadcasting
Worth noting that, for the first time in many years, there are 2 radio stations, TV coverage, plus on-line broadcasting of SANFL in 2019.
Life FM 107.9 and SEN SA 1629 with radio broadcasts, Channel 7 in the 6th year of their current deal and the Digital Pass continuing their coverage. Add to this the Eagles Radio concept, with Pickles and Bonz calling Eagles home games, and listeners have the biggest range of broadcast options in years.
How are fans/members finding the 2019 coverage?

Re: SANFL Broadcasting
Are any other clubs looking to start "in club" radio coverage like the Eagles project?

West were going to look into at one stage, but there has been a bit of movement with both the person who wanted to start it up and the person they wanted to use.Admin wrote:Are any other clubs looking to start "in club" radio coverage like the Eagles project?
Central District had a 'Bulldogs Radio' hourly segment on a local station last season.
I'm not sure the numbers Pickles & Bonz are getting, but would it be worth it?

Great to hear John Casey calling on SEN SA.
One of the best in the business, in my opinion.
