I hope the SANFL has forgotten his outburst after the PF fiasco!

I have no idea what Seb allegedly said or allegedly didn't say .
Knowing the SANFL they wouldve already reported him.
Seeing no Borholm maybe Seb thinks he could play on under the new coach if the rumours are correct Guerra.

Cam Sutcliffe and Michael Karpany delisted from Fremantle today. Former WWT players. No doubt the Club will be chasing them to return. Cam Sutcliffe, 188cm, in particular, is a classy HB/midfielder and would be a handy cover for losing Paul Stewart. Michael Karpany, small HF flanker, provides pace and a penetrating kick. Eagles have lacked the pace to burn off opposition like Norwood, Sturt and North can. Karpany, along with Pickett from the U18s (too young for this year's AFL draft) might provide that.
Then need a "gorilla" to man key forward position and release Jack Hayes from always being the focus.
Got to be able to average more than 14 goals unlike the past 4 seasons.

Cam from Freo, yes.
Malcolm (not Michael) was at West Coast.

After doing deliveries this morning around the Woodville area & I was framing a market who the next coach would be I’d be having Jade Sheedy, Sam Lonergan & Leigh Adams as close to equal favourites

Jimmy Toumpas (Power) gives us possessions/ball magnet, Michael Karpany (West Coast) gives us exciting pace and kicking, Cam Sutcliffe (Fremantle) gives us all round class. Hope we've got a little money left over for a 195cm key forward/back

The club is not hopeful of getting Karpany, have been in contact with Toumpas and Sutcliffe and they have indicated their desire to rejoin Eagles if not picked up as delisted free agents. Think it's Malcolm not Michael (Karpany).

Sutcliffe very close to Von Bertouch and Poole. Believe Sutcliffe's wife/partner is from SA.

The Woodville West Torrens Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Sam Lonergan as our Senior Coach for the next two seasons. After an extensive process presenting to two interview panels, Sam stood above an outstanding field of applicants.
Sam, 31 years, who originates from Launceston has a vast amount of experience through the AFL and three State League competitions. After playing 81 games over 9 seasons with Essendon and Richmond, Sam spent time as a playing assistant at Glenelg for two years before taking on the Head coaching role at Launceston the previous three seasons.
Club President Kurt Slaven said “We are absolutely thrilled to have Sam become the Eagles coach for the next two seasons. Sam’s professionalism, broad knowledge of the game and his strong core values really impressed the coaching subcommittee and the Club is very comfortable and excited for Sam to guide the playing group to its next successful period”
On his appointment Sam said “I am delighted and grateful to be given such a wonderful opportunity to coach such a proud Club with such a strong history. The Club has a great culture in which I will endeavour to build upon. I believe the Club is in a great positon with a strong playing list to continue to push towards success. My family and I are excited to become part of the Eagles and to build strong relationships with all involved”
Please join us in congratulating and welcoming Sam, partner Kirrie and children Harper and Ellis to the Eagles family and we wish them all the success in Sam’s new role as our Senior Coach.

After being told by the Dogs (for the second time) he is not required, Ben Nason has signed with the Eagles.
This will be his fourth SANFL club, starting at Port, then to Central, Glenelg and now Woodville West Torrens.
One of the nicest guys you could meet and just wants to play footy at the highest level. Will be a good coach.

Good in him for having the desire to keep going rather than take the bigger cash in the country or the like..........I think in hindsight getting drafted put extra expectations on him & possibly by him on himself as well when he came back to Adelaide
I presume That Ben & Sam Lonergan we’re at Glenelg at the same time
