Both boys have told Central they don't have the time required to commit to be involved again.

Both have young families and a very busy business they are running.

It's only speculation about Guerra. Nothing will be decided until applications close. Just because Guerra was believed to be an applicant for the Sturt job does not necessarily mean he will be an applicant for the Eagles job, but it would be reasonable to assume he might be. Until any of the applicants actually say they have applied or the club announces a short list of candidates, speculation will be to the fore.

No prospective coach would want it known that other club(s) have decided to go with someone else, otherwise the next club might think “why has he/she missed out before”
