Not that you need to pre-purchase tickets for the game, but for those that want to, there are no Ticketek processing fees (there is a credit card fee though of about 10-20 cents)

Yep. Westies home match ticket holders get in for free as it is technically our home game. Both West and Eagles season ticket holders also get in for free.

The SANFL website is listing the reserves start time as 11.25 on Anzac day, I am taking it that this is a wrong start time as the league is due to start at 1.10.

11:25am is correct. Reserves is being played as a standalone match on Saturday at Richmond.William wrote:The SANFL website is listing the reserves start time as 11.25 on Anzac day, I am taking it that this is a wrong start time as the league is due to start at 1.10.

what happened to the respect for Anzac Day by having all sport start at 12.01pm at the earliest ? i'll presume this is now ancient history

From what I can see it still is - the League match is a stand alone game at 1:10pm with the Reserves playing on Saturday.

Why does it start at 1.10? Previous years have always been at 3:10.

The thinking behind the earlier start was to allow people to walk across the bridge after the march in the city without having to wait too long for the footy to start. Think it's good.

Seems a great idea should make for a good crowd, and a great day at the footy.

The prices of food and drink across all grounds at most sports in Adelaide are awful, looking at the prices when I was at Adelaide Oval last, a bottle of water was $5.20
