Bit harsh for a team that wins to only get 1 vote but I think Ferguson and Tippett were clearly the best 2 on the ground imo (especially til 3 quarter time). Norwood were more of a team effort.

Easily the best on the ground by me also.

I also didn't put him in my votes and after watching the replay, I must have been watching a totally different game live (I didn't remember him getting so much of the ball), so I have changed my votes (if that's ok)

We all see the game differently, Phil, and I don't have the benefit of watching it from the various camera angles a replay offers.

Yes, CK and I discussed the best players immediately after the game and I said it was a difficult choice. I mentioned Bricknell and Crouch, I think, and he thought Schmidt.

It was only after watching the replay that I realised Bricknell was clearly BOG, but Schmidt played a great game, so that was also a fair choice.

Ditto for bloodntars, who changed his votes after watching it again.

It just shows how hard it is to selext best players straight after a game.

I didn't watch it on tv and no need to, I was there thank you very much.

Just on another matter, did anyone notice the boundary lines and centre square and all other lines on the oval at Alberton last week because I could barely see them and I was in the stand.

Do all clubs have to do the line markings on the morning of a game or the day before ?
