The way Central are playing at the moment, South will probably win, regardless of their poor home record...

Will be interesting to see how big ruckman Josh Wilson goes in his League debut for the Dogs.
29 years old, played a lot of footy at varying clubs around the country and joined Central about 2 months ago after playing for Yankalilla.
Dominated his first few games in the reserves then did a calf. Back in the 2's last week and had a good game, now getting a League gig.
Good luck to him...

Some confusion about Central's side as their website names Wilson as an in but he's not included in the placed team or bench.

Two questions arise from this game.
South kick big scores and lose. Is their game style outdated, or do they just need some better defenders? Or both?
Central kicked a heap of goals at the end of the game. Cheap goals, or is it the sort of starter they needed to find their confidence again?
(I think that's more than 2 questions)

South's defrence is certainly it's weak point, in my opinion...
Brad Crabb needs another 1 or 2 big defenders to help him out down there...
Ben Casley withdrew late from the side, which wouldn't have helped...
Central kicked 11 goals straight in the final term. They kicked 4 goals in the first 5 minutes - including 2 to Ryan Williams within 45 seconds - then to South's credit they fought back into the contest.
They were only 7 points down, 14 minutes in before Central (mainly through Trent Goodrem in the middle) lifted their intensity at the clearances and slammed home 7 consecutive goals in the last 15 minutes of footy.
I think South were almost stunned in that last period of the final term, the Dogs found their running game again, the midfield took the advantage back and the forwards were too big and too stroong.

The software Central use to load their side onto their page only allows 4 players on the bench. When there are extended squads, often a 5th player can't be shown.
