I'll try to find out, ca.

The SANFL website suggests they might be played during the July school holidays.

That was State vs State like the current u18s championships. I am talking about the club vs club carnival that has been around the last few years since the old u17 and u19 merged.

Yep can't work out why South gave it up (Mt Gambier) 25-30 years ago.

Actually we've down a power of work down their with Perro in the last five years, Auskick numbers have trebled almost in 5 years all this agaisnt falling population numbers due to declining industry - forrestry. Takes some work but if your are prepared to work your zone good things can come from it. Sturt have had an increase in their metro zone too with respect to Auskick numbers. Proof that all zones can work if you are prepared to work at them.

Too right. Input = output to put it in a nutshell. Does this translate into memberships for your club Mods? I'd be keen to see the number of country/interstate supporters for each club. scratch

Well if you're a South supporter don't expect to see your club in the U/17 championships. Only club not to have a team.

Not really showing their development credentials to the SANFL...

In all seriousness, does anyone know the reason why South aren't fielding a team?
