Chances for 2020 - West Adelaide
A dismal last in 2019, not helped by losing Snelling and Noble to the AFL halfway through the season.
Beech is out for a year, but hadn't been in great form, Schmidt has gone, but was playing on one leg, Wasley-Black and Haysman also gone, but were also only serviceable at best last year.
They don't seem to have been replaced, though. The ins range from average players to unknowns and there aren't many juniors coming through. The defence should be OK, midfield will have Schiller back to assist Stevens, but the forward line, except Thilthorpe, looks vulnerable at best and there's not much depth. Their best side will be competitive, but any injuries will be disastrous.
My heart is inclined to tip them for Premiers, but I'll be pleased if they surprise the pundits and rise anywhere above 10th.

Given the amount of changes to our squad, the lack of recruiting is surprising to say the least. We have recruited a couple of fringe players and that’s it.
Beech was our leading goal kicker with 21 in 2019 and he’s gone.
We desperately needed to recruit a forward!
Thilthorpe is exciting but will only play a handful of games.
Ryan is a solid defender but Levicki’s body continues to let him down.
There are more holes in our squad than Swiss cheese!
Sadly, I can’t see us climbing off the bottom.
Kaine Stevens and Tom Keough are our only A grade players.
It’s back to back spoons for the Bloods in 2020!
