Norwood is refusing to risk one of its star midfielders for the Friday night clash with West Adelaide.
Jack Oatey Medallist Matt Panos has been rested with a heel complaint, as the Redlegs look to preserve one of their key players for later in the season.
Speedy wingman Anthony Wilson returns from a quad injury while defender Mac Bower and possible RAA Rookie Josh Richards (20, 175cm and 65kg) have been named on the extended interchange bench.

Kyle Kirk, from Dalyston in country Victoria, has been included on a five-man extended interchange bench.
The 22-year-old has been joined by Brett Turner, Tom Pillion, Murray Waite and Aaron Anderson in the Bloods’ 23-man squad.
Ken Karpany was sent back to the Reserves while West will be without key midfielders Will Snelling (Essendon) and John Noble (Collingwood) for the rest of the season after they were selected in the AFL Mid-Season Draft on Monday night.

Absolutely good point

Appalling commentary on Friday night for this game. Some of the highlights included mentioning during the second quarter, a few minutes after Beech had taken a mark and had a kick, that Beech must have been off the ground since quarter time, and then when they spotted him a few minutes later, saying it was good news that he was back on the ground.
And then in the last quarter calling two West players, Pillion and Kirk, who didn't actually play in the game.

I have resorted to muting the commentary when watching the Digital Pass or the rare occasions I watch an AFL game.

I've stopped watching it's been that bad .. One game the commentators called a player as Panos as he was kicking the ball to .... Panos

Same game they called Panos as Surman (who wasn't playing).
