Glenelg had there's last night Max Proud won it

Great result for Max, considering he was in and out of the League side over the last few seasons.

Great club man and underrated versatile player.

Dare I say he should be proud of his season.

Well deserved award for Maxy. Always puts in 110% and often plays on and negates forwards who are bigger then him.

Has stuck with the club and is very well respected down at the Bay.

South Adelaides Best & Fairest award- The Knuckey Cup was won by Nick Liddle for the 5th time. Runners up were Keegan Brooksby and Abe Davis.
Only 2 players have won the Knuckey Cup on more occasions, Peter Darley (7), and Jim Deane (6). Liddle is now clearly one of the all time great players to wear the Blue and White.

That's a great effort.

If South ever pick a team of this century, even in 50 years, he's a walk-up start.

Nothing against Tom, but he had a fair bit of opposition?

Yes I suppose it is a bit against recent trends.

But always hard to know what the coach rates compared to most observers..

Possibly there wasn't as much midfield competition this season through injury and form maybe.

Its nice to see some defenders win the B&F awards.
