excellent news for the SANFL, life fm and all involved, between that and 7 it gives mainstream coverage a boost

Great news about Life FM. I like the idea of a dedicated program for the SANFL.

A review of all games and the past week could be part of it.

the mystery continues 3 weeks later

Just had confirmed today Life FM will be broadcasting the SANFL v WAFL state game on May 12 ... we just had some extra things to sort out with that one.

Well done to sanfl in reference to digital passes in my opinion

However

Sanfl app for scores updates etc does not work on android operating mobile phone or tablet systems account fatal error--- during one of many reinstalls i read users comments and noted that this fault has been identified to sanfl for a significant period but has not been rectified

I believe this app is required to use the digital pass (i may be wrong and please correct if wrong) so seems that again sanfl fails just when they have a win.

Rd 1 - Norwood v Sturt Mon April 2, SANFL ONE starts 2pm

Rd 2 - North v West Sun April 8, SANFL ONE starts 12pm

Rd 3 - Port v Eagles, Sat April 14, SANFL ONE starts 1pm

Rd 4 - Sturt v Port, Wed April 25 (ANZAC DAY), SANFL ONE starts 12 noon

Rd 5 - Glenelg v Central, Sat April 28, SANFL ONE starts 1pm


8 different clubs covered over the 5 rounds, last years grand finalists Sturt & Port broadcast twice (including ANZAC Day)
So every team covered early except Adelaide and South which we will do our best to cover as soon as practical.

Channel 7 are down at Alberton Oval for the Port v Crows clash.

Was there a technical glitch at the Eags v Central and Norw v South digital pass telecasts. I only get a match with the team line-ups watermarked over them.

No issue now.

A bit frustrating to try and get scores with app cutting in and out....some games one caller one special comments, different from last couple of years

Who picks the broadcast game? SANFL or Lifefm?

Generally 1079 Life, within some parameters

1) We don't broadcast a twilight or night match

2) We don't broadcast a Seven telecast game during minor round.

That often leaves 1079 Life with 2-3 games to choose from. Then it is Life's choice.

Am I imagining it or is there an increased coverage of the SANFL in The Advertiser this year?

Expect to hear a familiar voice back broadcasting the SANFL in coming weeks.
