Live to a 100 Empty Live to a 100

Post by Scrappy Sun Nov 17, 2013 11:11 pm

I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I'm suffering mainly because I'm eating the wrongggg foods
I do little exercise
At this stage the way I'm going I ain't gunna make it to a 100 years old.

Norman Gordon[6/8/1911] Luise Rainer[12/10/1910] have made it to a ton and are still alive.
George Burns and Bob Hope made it to a 100 as well
The Queen Mother , Queen Elizabeth , got there [wonder if she got a telegram ?]

The oldest recorded age was that of Jeanne Calment at 122 years and 164 days
The oldest recorded living female centurion is Misao Okawa 115 years old, from Japan
Arturo Licata of Italy is the oldest living male at 111 years old.

So is it possible for any of us to make it to 100 years old ?

Heres a clue
the Japanese are acknowledged as having probably the highest life expectancy in the globe
85.5 woman
78.5 men
111+ Misao Okawa

So what are they and Misao Okawa doing right ?
They seem to be a nation with a fair share of stressed overworked peoples
Seem to have polluted air
So what is it about the Japanese?

Higher life expectancy because of their diets?
They eat enough of
Fish
Soy in its natural generic form
Sea Vegetables
Rice

So is diet the main constituent for a longer life ?

it helps, modern medicine would help as well.....a while back i heard a professor on radio say that there is already people born that will make it to 150 Shocked

while a healthy diet & exercise will help there is no written guarantee...remember Bruce Lee the fittest man on earth he died in his early 30's

JAPAN
Imo
In Okawa Japan the ladies incorporate the food Imo in their diets
Imo is a purple colored sweet potato
Some women have Imo meals 3 times a day
Rich in beta carotene
150 % more antioxidants than Blueberries
In Australia the orange colored sweet potato, which is similar to Imo
So , may I add, 1 potato, 2 potato, 3 potato, more ...

AUSTRALIA
Barramundi [good name for a film]
This fish eats ocean plankton
Its it not a cannibal and eats other fish
Therefore by not eating smaller fish its virtually or is mercury free
Its a recommended fish for pregnant women , because of the mercury factor
Blind 'Freddy' mercury logic.
Also a good fish for anyone to eat for its Omega 3 content

GREECE
Mustard Greens
In Icara Greece there's about a 33% probability  living to 90+
Mustard greens is a reason why
The incidence of Alzheimers disease has not been reported in Icarus
That's amazing !

INDIA
Tumeric
This spice is a must
Its is an anti inflammatory
It is also a potent cancer fighter
I've known about this spice for a long time , and use it regularly

That's a few superdooper foods from around the world that can perhaps help us live to a riper age.
But none of them taste better than a steak sandwich or pizza

Advertiser report 27/11

BUT SOON WE WILL BE LIVING TO A 100

Stated is that children born as of now can expect to live to be almost 100 years old
Those kids will live long enough to a Australian population of 70 million
4 million Australians alive today will see the 22nd century [not redandblack and me though]

At the turn of next century [2100]
Women to average 93.6 years and men 92.1
Births are now 158,988 and will rise to 811,500 per year
There will be about 70 million living in Australia
A staggering 43.6 million will be consisting of immigrants

How long will people live to in the year 2525 if man is still alive and woman can survive ?

That song In The Year 2525 was released in 1969
Its been in my head for 44 years
One if the catchiest songs off all Time

One wonders if its heard by earthlings or inhabitants of Earth in 412 years time
