Sturt are coming off a disappointing loss to South, while Centrals kicked the last 9 goals of the match in a 10 goal win over Glenelg. Will Sturt finish their season with a win, or will Centrals win, and possibly snag a top 3 spot?

Central by 4-5 goals.

Sturt have upset Central at Unley in recent times & with Central having not much to play for this week they might just play 'safe footy' & get beaten by a Sturt team

Central can get the double chance if they win and other results go as expected.

Central have a top 3 spot to play for, Bayman. I don't think the Dogs will be playing it safe, at all...

Not necessarily. They need to win, themselves, then hope that Norwood and West win, which is a very realistic chance of happening...

Similarly, a 150-123 win to Central and 117-106 West win will do the same to even up the for and against tally.  Naturally, that scoreline will never, ever happen on Sunday. But it illustrates one thing - if Central score 44 more points than the Eagles and concede six points more, and it results in Central winning and Eagles losing, you will get that outcome.

As it turned out, a 97-85 win to West would have still seen Central in 4th place...it would have been 1730-1511 Eagles and 1729-1511 Central...all irrelevant now, but.
