I think North will win, but some interesting changes.
Henry Slattery makes his debut for Port (less said about that, the better). Henry's a good bloke and I hope he does well. Andrew Hayes is also in.
With Craig out, North ruck Schahinger, who I know nothing about. Their back-up ruckman isn't obvious to me, either. Langford? Don't know Gregg?

Slattery will be good for Port, I'm glad he chose the Magpies as his SANFL club. Having someone with his experience come into the side mid-season when we still have a chance to push for finals could prove invaluable.
Raikiwasa is an interesting omission. His flexibility at both ends of the ground could be missed, although the wet conditions might mean big men are not quite as effective. Still, the ball goes up in the air lots even when its raining.
I'd like to think we can topple the Roosters for the second time this season, but will we?
Port in a real close one.

Booney, I'm amazed at Raikiwasa being dropped. I don't mean that he shouldn't have, more in terms of what I've seen from him.
He looked terrific in defence, but I've seen he's been up forward for a while lately. I would have thought it might have been better to have shifted him back there, rather than drop him.
I haven't followed it closely, so I'm probably wrong about where he's been playing, but he looked a really good player to me.

Oh, I have no problems there. You already know what I think about the double-dealings that got him to the Magpies, but thta's history now. I like Henry and sincerely wish him well.
Raikiwasa?

Raikiwasa, I am surprised at. I'm also surprised he wasn't drafted last year, I think he might be this year.
Perhaps there is more to it than meets the eye?*
*I know nothing of the sort, however.

Slattery was turned into a completely defensively minded player at Essendon, to his great detriment as a footballer I believe, so it'll be interesting to see if he can shed that style and be more creative at Port.
